Tomoko is an internationally licensed esthetician with an expertise in Anti-aging and rejuvenation for mature skin. She has spent the past 16 years serving over 10,000 women and men as a dual skincare and massage therapist at some of the world’s most renowned five-star spas. 

The word "Omakase" translates to "I leave it up to you” in Japanese. If you are a real Japanese Sushi connoisseur, this intimate dining style may be very familiar to you. When dining Omakase, you entrust the chef to select and serve the very best dishes they can craft based on quality of ingredients, seasonality and their expertise. Thus, the meal can be likened to an artistic performance by the chef.
